The UCI series of industrial ultrasonic cleaners enables the safe use of flammable cleaning fluids with a flash point above 55°C in combination with the effects of ultrasonic technology. Thanks to its specialized design and safety features, the benefits of these fluids can be fully utilized within the ultrasonic process.

Ultrasonic cleaning is dynamically evolving across various industries, and its effectiveness can be further enhanced by the proper selection of the cleaning medium. However, conventional ultrasonic cleaners do not allow for the use of liquids classified as Class III flammables, which significantly limits cleaning possibilities in certain applications.

The UCI series of industrial cleaners removes this barrier. They are engineered to enable the safe and efficient use of flammable cleaning fluids, thereby delivering higher cleaning performance and a broader range of applications.

Applications

Comprehensive cleaning of metallic and non-metallic parts in manufacturing and service environments. This is a key step in surface preparation prior to painting, powder coating, or electroplating. The process effectively removes challenging contaminants such as cutting emulsions, preservatives, residues of polishing pastes, metal chips, and organic films.

Safety Measures
Software and hardware protection against hazardous temperature rise of the cleaning medium.
The cleaner is automatically switched off when the cleaning fluid temperature reaches a value $15$°C below the respective flash point.
