Description

The ultrasonic handheld cleaning kit is designed for cleaning contaminated objects in a near-field ultrasonic environment with high displacement. This cleaning method is characterized by high cleaning efficiency and low cleaning fluid consumption. 

Applications

The handheld cleaning kit is particularly suitable for cleaning screen printing stencils, various meshes, or stencils used for applying solder paste or adhesive onto printed circuit boards.

How does it work?

The ultrasonic transducer converts electrical energy of a given frequency into mechanical vibrations. These vibrations are amplified and transmitted through the sonotrode, which is in contact with the part being cleaned. Cleaning fluid is sprayed onto the part, and by applying and moving the handheld cleaner across the surface, the contaminants are released.

The cleaning kit includes

Sonotrode

The sonotrode is the part that comes into contact with the object being cleaned.
Materials used: aluminum, titanium, hardened steel
