Description
The ultrasonic welding kit brings new possibilities to the field of material joining across various industrial sectors. The handheld welder is ideal for applications that do not require high clamping force. It is primarily used for spot welding in hard-to-reach areas or at various angles. Its main advantages are its low weight and ergonomic design for easy handling. By applying pressure to the material, a strong and rapid weld is created. For repetitive tasks, the handheld tool can be mounted onto a stand or other fixture for increased stability.
Applications
The ultrasonic welder is designed for the direct welding of plastic materials, such as plastic films, non-woven fabrics, and similar materials. It can also be used for joining other materials using suitable plastic rivets. It is suitable for both spot and surface welding.
How does it work?
The sonotrode oscillates along its axis, creating intense microscopic friction at the interface of the parts. The resulting heat melts the plastic locally, bonding the materials together. After the vibrations cease, the joint cools rapidly under pressure and solidifies, creating a strong weld.

Handle holder
