Continuous ultrasonic cleaning line – high-quality efficient cleaning

The continuous ultrasonic cleaning line is a PLC-controlled automated systemthat can be seamlessly integrated into the customer's production system.
Parts intended for cleaning are fed onto the input conveyor, where they are placed one after another onto a mechanical belt. This belt continuously moves them into the line, into the ultrasonic cleaning tank. The items pass through while submerged in the cleaning fluid, ensuring uniform and highly efficient removal of contaminants. The cleaning process is followed by a drying section, where residual moisture is removed from the parts. At the end of the line, they emerge onto the output conveyor, where they can be manually collected by the operator, or this section can be supplemented with an automatic pick-up system, a robotic workstation, or a connecting conveyor for seamless integration into the next production step.

Advantages of the continuous ultrasonic line

  • High cleaning standard – achieving stable and repeatable results even in technologically demanding applications.

  • Maximum time efficiency – continuous loading of parts onto the conveyor belt allows for the processing of large quantities simultaneously. The smooth process ensures a continuous output of clean production without downtime.

  • Automated process – the transport of parts between the input and output conveyors is fully automatic, minimizing the need for manual intervention and eliminating operator errors.

  • Modular flexibility – the length of the line and the configuration of individual sections are custom-designed according to the dimensions of the items to be cleaned and the required cleaning time.

Tank type

  • Cleaning tank with integrated drying

Cleaning liquid

The items to be cleaned are submerged in the cleaning liquid. Ultrasonic waves propagate through the liquid, inducing cavitation – a process of formation and implosion of microbubbles that mechanically and highly effectively remove contaminants from the surfaces of the parts.

Applicable liquids: water-based liquids with cleaning additives, or flammable liquids with a flash point above 63°C.
