Multi-Stage Ultrasonic Transfer Line – high-quality efficient cleaning
The Multi-Stage Ultrasonic Transfer Cleaning Line is a PLC-controlled automated systemdesigned for full integration into the customer's production processes. This line represents a modern solution for fast, precise, and highly reliable cleaning of a wide range of metallic and non-metallic parts. Thanks to its high process stability, it is an ideal choice for facilities requiring efficient industrial cleaning with consistent results.
The system is built on an aluminum frame equipped with stainless steel technological tanks for cleaning, rinsing, preservation, and drying processes. These tanks are integrated with an automated transfer system (manipulator) that collects process baskets from the input conveyor and progressively moves them through the individual stages of the line according to a set cycle time. Upon completion of the cycle, the cleaned and dried components are delivered to the output conveyor. As a result, the parts exit the line with a high standard of cleanliness, ready for the next operation or immediate dispatch.

Cleaning liquid
The items to be cleaned are submerged in the cleaning liquid. Ultrasonic waves propagate through the liquid, inducing cavitation – a process of formation and implosion of microbubbles that mechanically and highly effectively remove contaminants from the surfaces of the parts.
Applicable liquids: water-based liquids with cleaning additives, or flammable liquids with a flash point above 63°C.
